MEYLONG is primarily created for Tibetans and people connected to Tibetan culture, particularly those living away from Tibet and carrying their identity across different places and generations.

Our designs are also for anyone who appreciates the culture, stories, and ideas behind them.

What types of phone cases does MEYLONG offer?

MEYLONG offers 3 premium, high-protection case styles engineered for modern device defense and seamless wireless connectivity: Tough Case, MagSafe Tough, and MagSafe Clear, all produced locally in Europe via Podbase.

Which iPhone models are supported?

MEYLONG currently offers cases for selected iPhone models.

Available models are shown in the model selector on each product page. We continue to expand our selection as new iPhone models become available.

How do I choose the right case for my iPhone?

Simply select your preferred design and then choose your iPhone model from the model selector on the product page.

Make sure you select the exact model of your phone before adding the case to your cart.

Tip: If you're unsure which iPhone model you have, check your phone's settings under Settings → General → About.

Are MEYLONG cases compatible with wireless charging?

Yes. All MEYLONG phone case styles are fully optimized to support standard Qi wireless charging, allowing you to power up your device quickly without needing to remove its protection.

About Our Designs

Where does MEYLONG get its design inspiration?

Our designs draw inspiration from Tibetan culture, visual traditions, identity, language, heritage, and contemporary Tibetan life.

Some designs reinterpret traditional visual elements through a modern lens, while others explore what Tibetan identity means today.

Are MEYLONG designs traditional Tibetan designs?

Not necessarily.

Some MEYLONG designs are inspired by traditional Tibetan visual elements, while others are original contemporary interpretations.

We aim to respect the cultural references behind our designs while creating something that feels relevant to everyday life today.

Are the designs officially associated with any Tibetan organization?

MEYLONG designs are independently created unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A design featuring Tibetan imagery, text, or themes should not automatically be understood as official merchandise or an endorsement by a particular organization.

Will you create more Tibetan-inspired designs?

Yes. MEYLONG is continuously exploring new ways to express Tibetan culture and identity through contemporary design.

New designs and collections will be added over time.

Orders & Production

Are MEYLONG cases made to order?

Yes. Our phone cases are printed to order.

This means your case is produced after you place your order rather than being taken from pre-existing inventory.

Why are my products printed to order?

Print-on-demand allows MEYLONG to offer a wide range of designs and iPhone models without producing large quantities of products that may never be sold.

It also allows us to introduce new designs without unnecessary stock.

Where are MEYLONG products produced?

To guarantee rapid dispatch and uncompromising quality control, we partner with Podbase. All of our custom phone cases are produced and shipped directly from specialized facilities within the European Union. This centralized production approach cuts out chaotic multi-country shipping routes and guarantees your case doesn't sit in massive international cargo ports.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Because your case is custom-made on demand, it undergoes a brief production phase before it leaves our facility. 

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, production location, shipping method, and the product ordered.

You'll receive shipping information during checkout and tracking information when your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

How can I track my order?

The exact moment your order is securely packed and leaves our EU facility, our system will automatically email you a live package tracking link. Please check your primary inbox (as well as your spam/promotions folders) to monitor your delivery in real-time.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, click your tracking link to view the carrier's real-time updates. If your estimated delivery window has fully passed and the status has stopped moving, simply reach out via our Contact Page with your order number, and our team will open a priority investigation with the courier for you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Because our Podbase automated system transmits your order to the printing floor immediately to hit our 24-hour turnaround target, we have a strict 60-minute window to update shipping information. Contact us immediately with your order number if you spot an address error.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible within 60 minutes of placing your order. After this window closes, your chosen case model will already be locked into our production printing queue, and the process cannot be reversed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Can I return or exchange my phone case?

Our products are made to order, so returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please review the policy before placing an order.

What if my case arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review the problem and help find an appropriate solution.

What if I ordered the wrong iPhone model?

Please double-check your iPhone model before placing your order.

Because our cases are made to order specifically for the selected model, ordering the wrong model may affect your eligibility for a return or replacement.

If you've just placed an order and selected the wrong model, contact us immediately. We'll see whether the order can still be changed before production.

Can I exchange my case if I ordered the wrong iPhone model?

Because each MEYLONG case is custom-crafted specifically for the unique design and phone model combination you select at checkout, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering an incorrect size or device model. Please ensure you double-check your iPhone settings before finalizing your order!

What if I received the wrong product?

If you received a different product or phone model from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos of the product you received.

We'll investigate and help resolve the issue.

Payments

What secure payment methods do you accept?

We prioritize your digital security. We accept all major SSL-encrypted payment methods, including all major international credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Available local options will dynamically populate during checkout based on your location.

Are sales taxes included in the price?

All applicable tax treatments, import calculations, or regional duties are fully calculated transparently and clearly displayed on your final checkout page before you hit complete.
