Who is MEYLONG for?
MEYLONG is primarily created for Tibetans and people connected to Tibetan culture, particularly those living away from Tibet and carrying their identity across different places and generations.
Our designs are also for anyone who appreciates the culture, stories, and ideas behind them.

We currently offer three case styles:

Which iPhone models are supported?
MEYLONG currently offers cases for selected iPhone models.
Available models are shown in the model selector on each product page. We continue to expand our selection as new iPhone models become available.
How do I choose the right case for my iPhone?
Simply select your preferred design and then choose your iPhone model from the model selector on the product page.
Make sure you select the exact model of your phone before adding the case to your cart.
Tip: If you're unsure which iPhone model you have, check your phone's settings under Settings → General → About.
Are MEYLONG cases compatible with wireless charging?
Our compatible cases are designed to work with wireless charging.
For the most accurate information, please check the specifications listed on the product page for the specific case you're purchasing.
About Our Designs
Where does MEYLONG get its design inspiration?
Our designs draw inspiration from Tibetan culture, visual traditions, identity, language, heritage, and contemporary Tibetan life.
Some designs reinterpret traditional visual elements through a modern lens, while others explore what Tibetan identity means today.
Are MEYLONG designs traditional Tibetan designs?
Not necessarily.
Some MEYLONG designs are inspired by traditional Tibetan visual elements, while others are original contemporary interpretations.
We aim to respect the cultural references behind our designs while creating something that feels relevant to everyday life today.
Are the designs officially associated with any Tibetan organization?
MEYLONG designs are independently created unless explicitly stated otherwise.
A design featuring Tibetan imagery, text, or themes should not automatically be understood as official merchandise or an endorsement by a particular organization.
Will you create more Tibetan-inspired designs?
Yes. MEYLONG is continuously exploring new ways to express Tibetan culture and identity through contemporary design.
New designs and collections will be added over time.
Orders & Production
Are MEYLONG cases made to order?
Yes. Our phone cases are printed to order.
This means your case is produced after you place your order rather than being taken from pre-existing inventory.
Why are my products printed to order?
Print-on-demand allows MEYLONG to offer a wide range of designs and iPhone models without producing large quantities of products that may never be sold.
It also allows us to introduce new designs without unnecessary stock.
Where are MEYLONG products produced?
MEYLONG works with Gelato, a global print-on-demand production and fulfillment network.
Your order is produced through Gelato's network and shipped to you based on your location and the product selected.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Because your case is printed to order, there is a production period before your order is shipped.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, production location, shipping method, and the product ordered.
You'll receive shipping information during checkout and tracking information when your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when tracking is available.
Please check your email, including your spam or promotions folder.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First, check your tracking information to see the latest delivery status.
If the expected delivery window has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll help you investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Because our products are printed to order, orders may enter production quickly.
If you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll let you know whether the address can still be changed.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Because MEYLONG products are made to order, cancellation may only be possible before production begins.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I return or exchange my phone case?
Our products are made to order, so returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please review the policy before placing an order.
What if my case arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review the problem and help find an appropriate solution.
What if I ordered the wrong iPhone model?
Please double-check your iPhone model before placing your order.
Because our cases are made to order specifically for the selected model, ordering the wrong model may affect your eligibility for a return or replacement.
If you've just placed an order and selected the wrong model, contact us immediately. We'll see whether the order can still be changed before production.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you received a different product or phone model from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos of the product you received.
We'll investigate and help resolve the issue.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Are prices shown including taxes?
Tax treatment can depend on your location and applicable regulations. The applicable charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
