Welcome to our online store. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Manufacturing and Order Processing
All products sold on this site are custom printed on demand through our production partner, Podbase. Production starts automatically once the order is confirmed.
* We reserve the right to direct production to Podbase's regional sites to ensure optimal and rapid order processing.
* Slight variations in print placement, alignment, and color saturation are normal characteristics of the digital on-demand printing process and are not manufacturing defects.

2. Device Compatibility and Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the exact model of their device (iPhone, Samsung, etc.) before finalizing their purchase.
* We provide detailed information on compatible device models on our product pages.
* No refunds, replacements, or automatic exchanges will be granted if the customer selects an incorrect phone model when placing their order.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, artistic creations, graphic elements, logos, texts, and brand elements on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of our store or our licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our creations is strictly prohibited and protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and international copyright laws.

4. Delivery and Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure your orders are delivered within the stated timeframe. In accordance with French law, we are responsible for the proper delivery of the product, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable events caused by a third party.
* Our phone cases are designed to offer everyday protection. However, we do not guarantee that they will protect electronic devices against all damage, extreme impacts, drops, or screen cracks. Ultimate protection depends on environmental factors beyond our control.

5. Variations in Display Characteristics
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our phone cases as accurately as possible. However, because computer and mobile device screens render colors differently (color profiles, brightness), we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will be 100% identical to the physical product received.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any separate agreement under which we provide you with services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts shall be those of Rouen, France, the official place of registration of our company.
